Our aim is to have a satisfied customer every time.  We hope you enjoy shopping with us and we will endevour to answer your questions and produce your design promptly on to the product you have selected.  Please contact us if your question is not answered below.

When will I receive my order?
Usually we can dispatch your freshly minted order within 5-10 days. Then allow 5-10 days for your package to arrive.
If any of your items are on backorder we will be in touch and will get these to you ASAP. New stock does not take long to arrive in our workshop.

Why do you review my artwork?
Your artwork for printing or engraving is reviewed to ensure that it complies with our artwork policy. Put simply it needs to be nice; not rude or offensive.

Can I use a brand logo or the tardis?
No sorry, anything that has been created by someone else (apart from our clipart) that you don’t have permission to use cannot be a part of your design.
All the templates, clipart and fonts within our design tool are freely available for you to use.

Does my design belong to me?
Yes, copyright law ensures that whilst we do the printing your design remains yours. You are simply giving us permission to apply your design to the product.

The colour isn’t quiet right on my order
Yes occasionally this will happen. Usually this is caused by a variation between your screen and our printers. Whilst we do everything we can to avoid this, if you do have a problem you can contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution.

My product was broken or damaged when I opened the package
In the rare event that your receive a damaged item please take a photo and we will replace the affected item ASAP.
