Why do you charge a service fee?
The service fee helps cover the cost to complete your order. This is applied to all orders under $20 and ensures that these smaller jobs are delivered with the same care and priority.
At Launceston Trophies your order is processed by the best in the business. The job process starts when you complete the checkout. Our super helpful friendly staff then review your order, the stock is then picked, we program and engrave your job in house and then assemble, check that everything is present and correct before packing and dispatching. This small service fee ensures that all the work we do will be treated with the same care and priority.

$9.00 for orders under $10
